Alexander Volkov has been always inspired by the beauty and dynamism of modern city.

In the art work “Door-Yard” we can see the silhouettes of buildings and houses, which remind us of Saint-Petersburg famous courtyards. Semi abstract depiction was built on contrasts of bright spots and strong lines.
