Fifteen pieces hand painted Matryoshka doll with the depictions of famous paintings of Viktor Vasnetsov. He is an outstanding Russian artist and co-founder of romantic nationalistic painting. The dolls have the images of “Ivan-Tarevich on the Grey wolf”, “Alyonushka”, “Knight on the crossroad”.

Linden wood was used as a base and the painting was made with thin brushes, acrylic and tempera paints. The artists always use best quality materials and carefully paint even the smallest details.

This unique Matryoshka doll was made by the old eminent “Philipp” studio, based in St Petersburg. Distinguishing features of the studio are bright combinations of colors, detailed patterns of shawls, decorations with crystals and soft faces.
