Traditional famous hand painted Matryoshka doll of eight pieces. First Russian Matryoshka, made by the best artists from Sergiyev Posad, was eight pieces in total. After the girl with roaster there was a boy and the girl again. All the dolls were different and bright.

Artists from “Tradition” workshop kept this idea and technique till nowadays and created a big number of original wooden dolls.

All contours and details were burned on the surface of a quality linden wood. Then hand finished with acrylic paint. Traditional doll was not covered with lacquer, so that is why the masters kept this technique.
