Delightful miniature Matryoshka doll set of three pieces with the depiction of a fairy-tale written by the most famous Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. The story tells us about Prince who meets Princess Swan. She helps him to become the most powerful man in the world.

The doll is made of high-quality linden wood, which is traditionally used for such type of crafts. Matryoshka is painted with tempera and acrylic paint and covered with several layers of a crystal clear lacquer, for better protection.

The art work was made in the old and well-known handicraft studio “Philipp”, based in Saint- Petersburg. Their artists created their own recognizable style, keeping the old tradition of manufacturing at the same time.
