Original hand painted Matryoshka doll with the images of portraits, made by famous Russian artists.

Linden wood was used as a base and the painting was made with  thin brushes, acrylic and tempera paint. The artists always use best quality materials and carefully paint even the smallest details.

The doll was created in the well-known handicraft studio “Philipp”, based in Saint-Petersburg. Recognizable style and old tradition of manufacturing – are distinguishing features of the studio.
